What is REIA of Oakland?

REIA of Oakland is a non-profit organization that has been providing both education and professional networking opportunities to real estate investors in lower Michigan since 1981. The organization also monitors the effects of legislative and political changes on real estate investing in order to help its members maximize their investing strategies, especially in today’s unstable real estate market.

What can REIA of Oakland do for me?

If you are a real estate investor, or thinking about investing in real estate in the future, REIA of Oakland can provide you with unlimited amounts of useful knowledge to help your career. There is a different guest speaker at each of the monthly meetings to educate members about a wide array of real estate investing topics that would benefit even the most experienced investor.

In addition to this, REIA of Oakland is non-profit and completely run by volunteers, meaning that all the money that the organization earns is used to directly run the group. Unlike other real estate investing organizations capitalizing on the shaky real estate market, REIA of Oakland strives instead to bring you the best services possible.

Members of REIA Oakland also enjoy a variety of other benefits, including free meeting admissions, professional support, and discounts from local and national suppliers.

How do I become a member of REIA of Oakland?

REIA of Oakland’s goal is to make its members the most educated and professional real estate investors in the country; who wouldn’t want to take advantage of that? Becoming a member is easy, all you have to do is pay a yearly membership fee and you’ve got access to the best real estate investing services in the area.
